tract of land
A lot, piece or parcel of land, of greater or less size, the term not importing, in itself, any precise dimension, though term generally refers to a large piece of land. Holt v. Wichita County Water Improvement Dist. No. 2, Tex.Civ.App., 48 S.W.2d 527, 529.
Term is synonymous with parcel of land and does not have reference to size but to contiguous quantity of land. Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Inc. v. Robb, 227 Ga. 470, 181 S.E.2d 373, 374
